The short answer
Keep recovery phrases and private keys private. Verify the official domain before logging in or sharing documents, and do not treat a casino account as a personal wallet.
Know who controls the funds
A self-managed wallet puts the private keys under your control and makes their protection your responsibility. Funds held by a service depend on that service’s security and withdrawal process.
A deposit into an operator account is not simply a new folder inside your own wallet. Your account balance is maintained by the service and governed by its terms.

Support may need a transaction reference to investigate a payment. A seed phrase or private key instead gives control over a wallet. Do not share it to prove ownership, complete verification or “synchronise” an account.
Use a unique account password and available multi-factor authentication. Independently open the official site if a message asks you to approve an unfamiliar login or payment action.

A display name, brand logo or reply in a public discussion does not establish identity. Reach support from the service’s own verified site instead of following unsolicited direct-message instructions.
Keep transaction details and correspondence for your records. Share only the information needed for the issue, and avoid publishing private account or identity data while seeking help.
- Confirm the domain independently.
- Treat unsolicited recovery offers with suspicion.
- Never pay an unfamiliar address to unlock a supposed prize.
- Keep wallet backups private and separate from public support messages.
