The short answer
Check whether the operator has actually broadcast a transaction. An internal withdrawal reference is not necessarily a blockchain transaction hash.
If there is no transaction hash
Ask the operator whether the request is awaiting account review, a document response or payment processing. Request the specific outstanding action and the applicable timeline.
A blockchain explorer cannot explain a transfer that has not been broadcast. Re-entering the withdrawal reference on different explorers is unlikely to clarify an internal queue.
Work through the withdrawal verification checklistIf a transaction hash is available
Check it using an explorer for the named network. On Ethereum, explorers can show pending, failed or successful status as well as transaction details. A screenshot of a hash alone is not equivalent to a confirmed transfer.
If the network shows success but the receiving service has not credited the funds, compare the destination and asset with that service’s records. Ask the receiving service about its own crediting requirements.
Keep the investigation specific
Save the amount, asset, network, timestamps, request reference and support responses. Do not publish identity documents or private wallet information in public forums while asking for help.
Do not send an extra payment to an unsolicited “recovery agent” or share a seed phrase to release a withdrawal. Verify the support channel through the operator’s official site and use its documented complaint process if the matter remains unresolved.
