The short answer
Overall time can include account review, payment broadcast, blockchain confirmation and receiving-service credit. A fast network does not eliminate the other stages.
Break the journey into observable stages
Start with the withdrawal request timestamp. Record when the operator approves it, when a transaction ID becomes available and when the receiving service credits the transfer. Those events help explain where time was spent.
BitStarz’s terms provide for an internal withdrawal review and possible verification. An advertised average is therefore not a promise for every account or every request.
Prepare for a withdrawal verification reviewAsk what a speed claim measures
Look for the measurement period, payment method and starting event behind an average. A figure that excludes verification cases answers a narrower question than the experience of a new customer.
We have not run a controlled withdrawal test for these guides. They explain how to assess a claim; they do not rank operators by a timing result we have not measured.
- Request to approval, or request to receipt?
- Are first withdrawals and verification cases included?
- Which currency and network were measured?
- Is the claim an average, a target or a contractual deadline?
Investigate the stage that is delayed
If there is no broadcast transaction, the issue may still be within the operator or payment provider. If a valid transaction exists, its network status can provide additional evidence. Receiving-service credit can remain a separate step.
Keep the request ID and transaction ID distinct. Asking about the correct stage is more useful than repeatedly submitting a new withdrawal request.
Read the pending-withdrawal guideCommon questions
Does ten-minute processing mean receipt in ten minutes?
Not without a clear definition. Processing may refer only to an operator’s part of the journey.
Does Markzino independently verify withdrawal speed here?
No. This guide distinguishes published claims from actual end-to-end measurements.
